No, this is not a PSdZData version issue.
I have seen this before, and it is a corrupted CAFD.
Connect to your car, read FA, activate FA, then highlight the HU_CIC module itself, not the underlying CAFD, and right-click on the ECU and select CODE (not FDL Code).
Then read HU_CIC, and see if the error is gone.
