I'm in status 150 now and was still wondering if the pre-July builds of the F31 would have the new NBT navigation. I think I found my answer:

A dealership in MA has a march build F31 in their new inventory (F186043). When you take that VIN and enter it here: http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/nav...update_vin.jsp you are shown the update file for a NBT navigation system. Entering a F30 VIN on the same page shows you the update for the older CIC system.

So it looks like the rolling technology update for July is something else, because our early build F31s will have NBT!
