Are you using that 5000 trade-in for cap cost reduction aka down payment? If yes, dont do it. Don't put anything DOWN, instead put that money towards 7 multiple security deposits.

Much appreciated, yes I was just reading about MSD's now based on your suggestion and it is very interesting. So paying the $5250 towards the MSD's puts my payment at ~$455. Putting it towards the principle makes my payment ~$379.
So the breakdown is:
With down payment we pay: 13644+5250 = 18894
With MSD's we pay 16380 but get the 5250 back at the end so we pay 11130.
That seems like too good of a deal to be true... Almost makes me want to change up and lease on my car...
