I tried to load it by adding a new file (from back up original). Then FDL Code it. I tried also Code default.
I thought right lets try as your mentioned after adding SPBR and VO CODE the entire car and return to default.

Don't ever hit the "Code Default Values" button. Fair warning.
If you VO Coded the entire SVT, and the errors are still there, then you need to try and clear them with Tool32.
