I've been able to go there [Rallye] and had my brother in for service as well recently. They do a lot of high volume sales and as a result run at full to near-full capacity most of the time. However, it all comes down to talking to a service advisor who knows the dynamics of the dealership and is able to tell you straightforwardly if there is space to accommodate you or not for your requested service appointment. The guy I deal with is excellent I never come or leave disappointed.
