I use one pass of Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Dressing.
Another that works well is Griots Rubber Dressing (water based).
I use Adams products (Car Shampoo, Quick Detailer), but haven't tried Adams VRT, but have heard good things; so you have a few good options here.
