You'll need a tune at a minimum (MHD or BM3).MHD offers a full E85 OTS tune already with no upgrades required. I don't believe BM3 has an OTS E85 map available yet.

wait your telling I won't need a lpfp or anything just a tune ???

Why do people say I need to upgrade lpfp and spark plugs etc.

Right now at the moment I am getting 16.8 mpg

On 4 gallons of e85 and the rest 91
All I'm saying is that MHD offers a full E85 OTS tune.
