I did look at some of the alternatives and although many were a bit cheaper I went with the Bosch as I have a few of their 18v system tools now and I am happy with them in terms of quality yrs price paid (especially them selling the kit without a battery so you pay substantially less if you already have the battery)... Am sure other ones do the job just as well, though...

Overall, I was pleased that it didn't weigh a lot so I can imagine you could pack in on bike travels without too much effort... Hope you find a good solution for the presta valves...
