This car has no M-Performance accessories... look at the front bumper; no splitter, just painted the lower part of the stock M-Sport bumper black. Mirrors are the same as the regular F30 so they can be carbon... and the rims are also for the F30; tire size looks wrong(as the 3GT has a different size...)
Kidneys and roof i guess are just painted/wrapped...
Just a dealer with imagination and a little bit of time/paint on his hands.
