In my experience it really comes down to the individual salesperson. I'm sure every dealer has good and bad, though I'm sure the dealership provides limits within which they can operate.
I'm just saying that in my recent experience in contacting every Toronto dealership, the person I dealt with at T&C was willing to play ball and didn't mess around.
