1. Flat tire monitor just monitors the rolling diameter of the tire via ABS sensors, i believe. It lights up when pressure changes by a few psi ( i don't recall the exact number). There are no internal sensors to worry about gumming up with mobility kits.
2. The Pirelli's on my f30 are all season P7 Cinturato.
3. I just threw one of those slime Flat tire repair kits in my trunk. Though i couldn't tell you if it would actually do any good, there are mixed reviews in the effectiveness.
