It was time for the Merc to go when I drove my wife's Mazda and realised that it was silent compared to the rattles emanating from the dash of my C class! I could rant on - we all have different experiences.

I am with you on this one, merc dealers are IMO "stuck up their own arses". I test drove a new CLS AMG 6.2 ( £72K basic),
I got 32 miles down the road and the dashboard fell out complete onto the floor
, when I took it back ( and it drove crap by the way) the sales guy said "no problem we will stick it back"
, I said you can stick the car mate. Build quality ................rubbish.
