After over 8 weeks since drop off ;
here is the situation, (having checked the redelivery process):

I did hear back from the VPC (Vehicle Prep Center). They are currently working on the repairs you noted on your vehicle conditions report.
The car is currently in the body shop. They are repairing a dent on the right front door and a scratch on the rear bumper. They should be done with the repairs by Tuesday morning. Then the car will go to the work shop for two wheels that need to be replace. The car should be ready by Wednesday morning.
If you want to check with our office next Thursday (as Wednesday is a holiday) we can gladly take a look for you then.
