I'm ready to place my order too, my CA says we'll wait until PW45. Maybe they'll get official confirmation before then, maybe we won't. I want to order a car before 12/31/2012 for sure, I'm thinking that someone in the US who orders on Nov 4th (or later) will take US delivery before 12/31/2012 to confirm. Otherwise, I don't know of any other confirmation, besides seeing it in a car.
