KW Streetcomforts. Can meet just below stock height by about 10mm, and drops below that to about 2". Bilstein also has one but it's about $600 more expensive.
All the KW Vx and regular PSS Bilsteins, BC, etc at their highest setting will be about 30mm from xdrive suspension, which is base suspension.
