The car will have stronger low & mid-range acceleration due to the extra torque over a wider rev range, as well as having 2 extra gears (meaning gears being stacked closer).
If u don't track the car & u have no qualms abt the engine being rather quiet (some ppl cannot accept anything but the straight 6 sound) then it's a good replacement, & it'll be a good upgrade over the E90 cos the F30 is smoother riding plus it has a more spacious interior.
