Apparently not. I asked my salesman about this and he came back with a no I can't track it, but the dealership can track the order status and build process through their internal system.
I get my updates weekly which haven't shown much change but as my car is hopefully entering the scheduled build week next week things should pick up. I will probably see if I can get daily updates then
