My Vote is for the spoiler, Like previous members has stated, it purely cosmetic unless you are driving in excess of 100MPH which the majority of us do not, and even if we do, its not maintained at that speed long enough to reap the benefits of the spoiler.
I have an M4 replica I got from Ebay. (Liked the more aggressive styling compared to OEM) and I think it definitely gives the rear a more aggressive note. The M package front Bumper is extremely aggressive, and the spoiler definitely helps complete the whole look.
