Where is you get this number from for a BMW 3/4 series?
As for the NASCAR comment the faster a car goes the more effective aero devices are. There is also a trade off in spoiler/wing height, drag & lift reduction.
This is why they ZO6 has more top speed than the Z07 which has a bigger spoiler but the Z07 will handle better.
