canadian33 , I hope you’re still on this forum. The connecteddrive subscription on my 2016 328xi ended last month. I purchased the connecteddrive service and RTTI three weeks ago (paid $200). The “send destination to car” still doesn’t work. RTTI works fine.

I’ve already updated the navi unit and have done a reset but it still doesn’t work. My dealership couldn’t help, and sent an email to the connected drive email team. Email was sent two weeks ago, but haven’t heard back even after I followed up. I hope you can help.
