It's all personal preference but for what it is, I find the ZL1 extremely impressive. It would certainly abuse an F30 335i around the track all day.
The cons with the ZL1 are: lackluster interior; poor visibility.

Pros:
Engine
Magnetic suspension
Exterior Styling
Cons:
Interior
Exterior size, the car is too big dimension wise in my opinion.
