I call bullshit on all the hype in the market about "amazing advances" in basic consumer photography. Why? Unlike the human eye, a photo can emphasize details in it's bright area or it's dark, not both. We can see both. Until this is corrected the most expensive Nikon isn't worth much more to me than a cheap SLR that can give you a decent depth of field, IMO.
The black M Sport bumper looks great in person. Not to worry.
