The 335i brakes and 328i brakes share the same rotor diameter so this is not necessary for this swap. The changes are the pad compound and caliper.

Where are you seeing that 328 and 335 have the same rotor diameters? 335, off the top of my head has rotors about 1" larger, 13.4 vs 12.4-12.8" for the 328.
