Although I think it already looks great, I do think the black grill would make it even better, it kind reminds me of my wife's M3 as she also replaced the grill with a black one and made a few other changes as well (see here:
http://img109.imageshack.us/img109/5258/dsc00193hy.jpg). Unsure about the roof, I guess you'd better get someone to make a render so you get an idea how it looks before you actually get it painted
