It's probably the difference of the straight reflector in the main light vs the light pipe in the halo (not an actual color temp difference).
Really, the only time you would notice that is when someone jacks your car and is about to mow you down.
Get behind the steering wheel, drive it like you stole it, and it becomes a non-issue.
