That whole situation was bound to go sideways. Three wide and rapidly closing on the left-hander, there was no way that all three were coming out OK. Jan Magnussen (in the Corvette) tweeted that Dirk Muller (in the Ford GT) hit him, which caused him to run wide in to Jordan Taylor (in the Cadillac DPi). It was one of those crashes that, while avoidable, would have requires someone to give up position... and these are race car drivers. Heh. Not happening.
