This got discussed thoroughly, too. Although the Nav changes
might look like they could be "coded" or simply a software update, I'm fairly certain there is a serious hardware upgrade involved. Not saying that someone won't pull a DIY for it someday, just that it's not something you're dealer's going to do next time you're getting the oil changed.
