See my Post here regarding the E-Sys Data Path and Dist Folders:

Also, make sure E-Sys Data Path is set properly.
Go into E-Sys = > OPTIONS => SETTINGS => PROGRAM TAB => DIRECTORIES and set the PSDZdata path to to C:\ESysData:
