2PE is staggered? Whoops! I confused the two.
As an option by itself (I didn't realize you could add 2PE to just any F30), it doesn't make sense to get it if it only adds a higher top speed limiter (this can be coded separately) unless your replacement wheels will use the same tyres as the stock rims.
