Could someone who has leased using credits/discounts, explain to me how they were applied?
I am eligible for the 1K USAA credit. My dealer applied it as a Cap Cost Reduction meaning I have to pay sales tax on the 1K. Does it vary by dealer or state as to how these type credits are applied to the lease?
I am wondering if the 1K Holiday Credit will be applied in the same manner, meaning I'll also owe sales tax on that 1K?
