for those who really want the M Sport pkg, i think you can "special order" it for an extra $400. the plant will build 328is with M Sport for the US market anyway, so it's clearly easy for them to do it for you.
however, not all BMW SLAs know how to special order. if you get turned down, take your business somewhere else.
