I will check mine as I have noticed oil on the side skirt.
They said it is cosmoline used to protect car during transport. I have not seen anything like it!
So annoying as my headlights are starting to be stained by the oil.

After reading your post I was like WTF, how random and how shit, thought to myself, glad that doesn't happy on my car..
I went to wash my car, which I do 2 or so times a week and then I saw it.. oil running down the headlight, was majorly annoyed ... my car is always showroom clean and never noticed it, so I am thinking it has just started..
Another thing I noticed , after being away for 5-7 days and it not being driving, I noticed the same oily substance dripping down the middle of the rear bumper in the dead centre... Guessing its the same oil..
Will be adding it to my list for Auto Classic when I eventually get my new steering column and rack fitted.
