No. That is very wrong, and on several levels.
You should have two .jar files with PATCHED in the name, and a separate .EST file. You need to remove PATCHED from the two file names and copy them over the existing files with the same name in your E-Sys folder. Each file is in a separate subfolder. Then under E-Sys EST Options, point it to wherever your .EST file is.
