These are very minor but Im just OCD about it. First the scratch/peel after installing my M perf grilles, I ordered this and hope to fix it myself. Is there anything I should know before I do this fix myself?

Below the first image is the dent in my bumper after installing the reflectors. Its very minor and small but is there any quick fix to that also?
