Like I said, it just seems to be my financial situation that's leading to these discussions. But with that aside, a $48,000 328 just doesn't make sense to me considering I remember getting 325's for between $31,000 and $37,000, not too many years ago. Even my first e90 325 was only $38,000.

I can't speak to BMW's pricing in the past, but it definitely seems like they don't care about appealing to people who want to comparison shop.
When you can fully package options from most of their competitors for $3-5k and the same ones cost you $12k with Bimmer, that's a huge leap to make.
