I think that in Europe most of the X35i 3 and 4 Series has got 8AT, although it costs extra. There is no possibility to order xDrive version with 6MT like in the E9X 335i. After checking the classifieds of 335i F31 in Switzerland I haven't seen any 335i with 6MT, all of them were 8AT and xDrive (almost 100 cars), although there is an option of RWD and 6MT. Manuals are dying out fast...
