I had it to tell me to stay in the right lane when I needed to stay in the left - but it wasn't wrong as such, it was just giving me the following instruction that was about 100metres after the one I was approaching. Was very annoying as it meant I got onto the wrong motorway and couldn't turn around for quite a few miles.
