sometimes i get the CALL BMW page sometimes it just says service unavailable..this does not use my phones BT right ? it goes thru my bmw connected car internet correct?

After you have activated the audible clock confirm, make sure the box is ticked in idrive > settings > locks
Hope fully that should enable it.
