New seat bases usually come complete with the right colour matched leather 
God knows what they are talking about "Heating it" sound a load of bollocks to me.
My seat bases were new ones from BMW. I saw them before being fitted leather and all. |
Maybe I missed heard and it was 'treat' not 'hear' as it was on the phone
They do feel very soft like they were treated with a leather cream
