You'd need some serious camber and/or a bit of fender modding to squeeze that much in up front. I have 9" wheels with 245 rubber up front (granted, the tires are Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3s, which are exceptionally wide); I only have about 3.25mm of clearance from the inside of tire to the strut, and just a few mm of clearance inside the fender to keep from rubbing at full compression.
