For what it's worth folks, I had the squeal under 10mph too. I took it to the dealer and the Service guy said that it's actually the sensors that make the squeal. My pads and sensors were replaced and I haven't had an issue yet. It's been a few weeks since the swap.

I've had the pads replaced twice, the senors replaced twice, and most recently, the rotors replaced. Still squealing. |
Jeez. That's crazy. Can a car be lemon'd for brake squeal?
