Either you are trying to use the old .EST Token from 3.18.4, which you can not do, or you have a new updated Patch / Token, but have not installed it correctly, which would involve replacing the two .jar files (with PATCHED removed from their names) and setting E-Sys => Options => Settings => EST Tab => EST to point to the new .EST Token file.
