There is no fan to cool a turbo. Modern turbos are oil & water cooled. After the car is shut off, the hot fluids still flow through the turbo, and force them through bringing in cooler fluids, basically siphoning oil & coolant through the turbo after the car is off.

OP, let the car shut off, you don't need to worry about it.
