The nose of my Corvette is prone to this. What I do is soak a microfiber towel until its drenched, then moisten and wipe the bugs off, folding and rotating the cloth every couple feet or so. This removes 90% of the bugs and residue. then I spray the damp nose liberally with a spray detailer, let sit for 1 minute and wipe with a high quality microfiber. This removes the rest and leaves the paint very slick for the next drive, so stuff sticks less.
