Speculation? I just re-stated the wholesale prices you listed in your original post: $1,888 + $407 =
$2295 ...you got excited about $1,888 for a brake kit, but it's pretty obvious that Z2C refers to the required rear discs when comparing to these retail prices below, so I'm quite certain you should include the $407 as well.
I think the only thing in question here is whether or not you can get the M Performance Brakes factory installed--but I'm leaning towards no. I'll ask my CA if he can add it to my order tomorrow.
