The base model 2012 I had felt extremely light compared to the E46 M3 but very soft and almost cheap. The 2013 M-Sport feels excellent, almost like a refined, well oiled machine compared to the e46 M3.
I dont miss the speed of the M3 at all. My new car is only a 328i but it feels plenty fast for street driving, has nice torque, feels solid as a rock, quiet inside etc. I have never been this pleased with any car I have ever had
