A good wash (2 bucket method) with a good shampoo and lambswool mitten, diluted Bilberry on the alloys and a good scrub (amazing how much brake dust spins off onto the inside!), a coat of Autoglym super resin polish followed by a coat of extra gloss protection. Will put on 2 coats high definition carnauba wax on next weekend. Meguires tyre gel, Autoglym rubber and vinyl inside and finish with autofresh spray to maintain that new car smell! I ran out of my good glass cleaner so nicked the wife's Windolene (and got chewed out for it! lol ).
