It is... the Bentley service manual is actually based on the ISTA+ (ISTA/D).

From personal experience doing lots of big jobs on my car the Bentley service manual is sometimes more comprehensive than ISTA. I got my Bentley guide after I did my turbo swap based only on ISTA documents. After reading through the Bentley guide it had all the ISTA steps and instructions in addition to a couple extra steps, pictures, and instructions that would have made the job much easier. I use both ISTA and the Bentley guide for all my maintenance, it's the perfect combination, neither of them alone are really complete.
