EDIT, quickly glanced through that thread and the only difference between the M-Perf and M-Sport is the caliper color and rotors being dimpled. M-Perf and M-Sport rotor diameter is the same

Depends on if you have a 320/328/330 or a 335/340. The 320/328/330 front M-Sport rotor is 340mm. The 335/340 front rotor is 370mm. Both use the same 345mm rear.

Obviously the 370mm front rotors work on the 320/328/330s as well, but you do need to make sure you have the right caliper for whichever rotor size you're getting.

Used calipers are fine. I haven't heard of any with leaky piston seals unless somebody took them apart before (and you can order the piston parts).
