Recently purchased a new GoPro 3 and took it out for a test, also used an external microphone for better sound quality.
The popping noise you hear is only there when the car is in sport or sport + mode. When in Eco or Comfort mode the popping sound isn't there. Car is a 6 Speed Manual w/ only the rear mufflers removed, resonator is still there
